Warranty Periods
By the nature of the product and fact that they have been installed outside we need to see and test any items thought to be faulty before we can offer a repair or exhange. We ask you to consider that there is not point in sending you replacements and repairs until we can be sure which if any component is faulty.We have our own test facilities for comparing wind speed against calibrated anemometers, barometers and thermometers against known good references, rain gauges with measured amounts and even spectrum analizers for RF signals. Armed with all these tools we have a greater ability than anyone we know to diagnose and resolve problems.
