Included with this weather station is the manufacturers own simple HeavyWeather software. The software can display data locally, export to a spreadsheet and upload to the web. It is compatible with Windows 2000, XP, Vista and 7. Also included is a lite version of the popular WeatherDisplay software that can be upgraded to the full version.
Installation is very simple. You might need a high pole or post for the wind sensor, a flat surface for the rain collector and somewhere out of direct sun for the temperature humidity sensor.
Consideration is needed to get the cables from the wind sensor and rain gauge back to the transmitter.
Display console can be wall mounted or stand on a table.
