HeavyWeather software is produced by the manufacturer of the Technoline and La Crosse Technology weather stations. It is very simple to use but they don't offer any support or forum.

There are several parts to the software starting with the the basic station software to which you can add the review and web publishing modules.

The software was included on the disk that came with your weather station but later versions / updates can be downloaded from;

On the above link you need to click on Software Downloads at the top of the page and choose WS2300 from the European models. You are directed to the software page. Click on Heavyweather at the top and view the information and download the software.
