Christmas Delivery Dates
Orders received before 2:30pm are usually dispatched on the same day. During busy times, such as Christmas, we recommend you select our next day or tracked service at the checkout to ensure same day shipment, as it may take up to 48 hours before orders shipped with our standard service are dispatched.
If your order will not be dispatched because an item is out of stock for more than 5 days we will contact you. Our next day service will not be available to select if we do not have stock.
Royal Mail and Parcelforce Deliveries (including tracked) may be delivered on a Saturday. Next day services are on a "working day" basis by which we mean Monday to Friday excluding public holidays unless you select a Saturday service. If you require other delivery options then please contact us to discuss what might be possible.
