Customers in the UK
Free Shipping is available in the UK if you spend more than £100. This excludes highlands and Islands where the total weight of the goods is more than 2 Kg.
Our standard service is Royal Mail First Class Post or Interlink Express depending on weight and size. The cost of delivery is calculated by weight and order value. It may be possible to select and pay for our Next Day services (which require a signature on delivery) at the checkout. Our carriers may deliver any time up to 18:00 on the day of delivery. Services to outlying areas may differ and take longer and enhanced services may not be available. Our daily deadline for shipping orders received is 14:00 on a working day. Working days for the purpose of shipping and deliveries are Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.

If you select our premier courier service (Interlink Express), we provide you with a one hour delivery window, notified by email, so you don’t have to wait in all day. What’s more, Interlink’s revolutionary Follow My Parcel service enables customers to watch the progress of their delivery on a real-time map, all the way down to a final 15 minute timeslot.
As well as keeping customers informed at every stage of the journey, we believe in maximising choice and convenience. That’s why we provide access to a suite of rescheduling options both on the day of delivery and the night before, allowing customers to take delivery of their goods in a way that suits. If you wish to reschedule, you can:
- Select an alternative delivery date
- Opt for delivery to a nominated neighbour
- Have the parcel left in a specified safe place
- Collect the parcel from your local Interlink Express depot
- Upgrade delivery to before 12pm
Customers in the British Channel Islands
Customers living in the British Channel Islands of Jersey, Guernsey, Sark and Alderney are not part of the EU. The available services are generally as for the UK. You must select Jersey or Guernsey as a separate country and VAT will be deducted from the prices shown before you checkout.
Customers in EU countries
Customers living in the EU will be charged the prices shown in our online shop including UK VAT. EU customers registered for VAT in their own country should provide official order forms to confirm their VAT status. We ship to Europe by air mail or carrier depending on the size of parcel. A small charge will be added to your order before you checkout depending on the weight of your whole order.
Customers in Europe but not EU
Our prices include UK VAT (sales tax) at 20%. If you live in Europe but not the EU you will not be charged VAT. This will be deducted from your order before you checkout. We ship to Europe by air mail or carrier depending on the size of parcel. A small charge will be added to your order before you checkout depending on the weight of your whole order.
Customers from around the World

A small charge will be added to your order before you checkout depending on the weight of your whole order. For large items you may need to contact us for a shipping price before purchasing.
Tracking your delivery
If you have given us a valid email address then, on the day we ship your order, you will be sent an email confirming that it has been dispatched. For all services except First Class Post this email will contain the web site address of the carrier and the tracking number of your consignment. By this method you will be able to see for yourself the progress of your delivery. Overseas customers can use the post tracking number to track the parcel with their local Post Service. All tracked items need to be signed for upon receipt.
